Coaching Classes
Refine or Build Your Coaching Skills
A note from your Coach Dr. Kortney Peagram
With my line of work, I often find that there are a lot of missed coaching opportunities. People jump to quickly to recommendations. My goals are to help you build upon your coaching skills to help you empower your team, build your clientele, and strive as you develop your people. The sessions are designed as a train-the-trainer model custom to your strengths and skill set. We evaluate your power and communication skills, give you feedback tools, and help you develop your question bank to explore deeper on focal issues and goal setting.
These sessions will help you in the following areas:
- Business Coaching
- HR Coaching
- Career Coaching
- Executive Coaching
- Entrepreneurial Coaching
- Employee Coaching
- Peer Coaching
- Group Coaching
What sessions are available

Practicing active listening, reflective listening, and building your skills set. We would build a coaching question bank specific to your needs and area of expertise.
Identifying focal issues and digging deeper to understand how the behavior is impacting your clients or employee’s work. We review targeted issues, common challenges and how to explore and using the power of questioning to give recommendations.
