It is crucial that all employees complete their yearly sexual harassment training to stay in compliance and understand how to foster a safe working environment. With Peagram Consulting, the training is designed with small businesses in mind. The training is completed asynchronously (meaning online and on your own time), and we provide you with all the resources and tools to stay in compliance. We have easy-to-follow YouTube videos, a training manual, a final quiz, and a certificate of completion. The training course is divided into four 15-minute videos, and the final quiz can be completed in less than 10 minutes. Our training follows all the compliance requirements and adds resources to develop and foster a safe and positive workplace. The examples are relevant, and strategies are easy to implement.

Employee Compliance Sexual Harassment Training

This 1-hour recorded sexual harassment training reviews terms, compliance policies and procedures, discrimination and sexual harassment laws, and strategies to prevent, respond to, and report sexual harassment. Employees complete four 15-minute modules with a quiz, and they receive a certificate of completion.

Manager Compliance Sexual Harassment Training

This 2-hour recorded sexual harassment training reviews terms, compliance policies and procedures, discrimination and sexual harassment laws, and strategies to prevent, respond to, and report sexual harassment. The additional content reviews the managers’ roles and responsibility to uphold a safe working environment and clear protocol for addressing and intervening with sexual harassment complaints. The training reviews the investigation process and duties of a manager. Managers complete four 30-minute modules with a quiz, and they receive a certificate of completion.

Train-the-Trainer Sexual Harassment Workshop

This 4-hour live sexual harassment training provides HR managers, business owners, or leaders with the compliance knowledge to train their employees. The sessions review how to present the terms, compliance policies and procedures, discrimination and sexual harassment laws, and strategies to prevent, respond to, and report sexual harassment. The content goes into different explanations and examples to deliver the content to train employees and managers. The workshop reviews the ’ roles and responsibilities of a facilitator when delivering the sexual harassment training. The workshop helps future trainers develop and uphold a safe working environment and psychological safety within their organizations. The workshop goes over clear protocols for addressing and intervening in sexual harassment situations and reviews the different protocols, strategies, and response methods to provide future trainers with extensive knowledge to feel prepared to run the training. The training reviews the investigation process and duties of a facilitator.
