About Dr. Kortney Peagram

The Short Version

Dr. Kortney Peagram, business psychologist

Dr. Kortney Peagram is a business psychologist specializing in sexual and workplace harassment training, harassment interventions, and post-incident remediation coaching. The work typically starts where an investigation ends: Dr. Peagram coaches individuals, often C-suite and VP-level leaders, so they can reintegrate into the workplace and rebuild psychological safety with the teams and people they interact with daily.

Before Peagram Consulting, Dr. Peagram founded and led Bulldog Solution, a bullying-prevention and anti-harassment company, for 10 years. When Bulldog Solution closed its doors due to the pandemic, its training and curriculum work carried forward into Peagram Consulting — same mission, broader lens: Peagram combined coaching and harassment training into remediation practices and coaching services.

In her own words: "Our mission is to deliver high-quality, effective training and help organizations stay within compliance and create a safe place for people to work. We pride ourselves on addressing psychological safety and building a more inclusive workforce. Our goal is to help organizations with professional boundaries and respectful workplace practices." — Dr. Kortney Peagram

Peagram Consulting was founded to give corporations an alternative to the typical disengaging compliance training or pre-recorded harassment workshops. Peagram offers customized coaching and training built by consultants who are Business Psychologists and executive coaches. We work to make people feel seen and heard.

The Approach

Most workplace training tells people what the policy says without clear examples, or understanding of how it would play out in their organization. Very little of it teaches people what to do — in the meeting that goes sideways, with the employee crying in the break room, or the joke that went too far.

Dr. Peagram's programs are built on three convictions:

Skills beat slogans. People change behavior when they practice it and learn from their mistakes. That's why the firm focuses on live training, interactive discussions, and skill-based learning approaches.
Prevention is cheaper than repair. Early intervention on professional boundaries and respect costs less than post-incident remediation.
Remediation is the key to resolution. The work Peagram Consulting does speaks to how to resolve and rebuild so people can feel safe at work.
