Training Built by a Business Psychologist and Executive Coach

Peagram Consulting is led by Dr. Kortney Peagram, a business psychologist (PhD from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology) who has spent 17+ years on the frontline addressing workplace harassment issues, bullying incidents, and sexual harassment investigations and remediation programs. She first founded Bulldog Solution, a bullying-prevention company that ran for over 10 years, and now works through Peagram Consulting, combining her leadership, executive coaching, and workplace harassment training into clear remediation practices. We don't do off-the-shelf compliance training. Each case is different, and we tailor coaching or programming to a clear, effective remediation plan. Every engagement is designed around what actually changes behavior at work: psychological safety, direct-skills practice, and understanding key concepts such as intent versus impact.

What We Do

Why Organizations Choose Peagram Consulting

Specialist, not generalist. Harassment, investigation, and post-incident remediation are the core of the practice — not an add-on to a leadership catalog. Where most firms work with the complainant or the team, Dr. Peagram works with the individuals named in findings — largely C-suite and VP-level leaders — to reintegrate them and rebuild the working structure around them.
Credentialed depth. Dr. Kortney Peagram brings formal psychology training, applied organizational practice, and an academic footing: she holds a PhD from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, is an Assistant Professor in the School of Business at Elmhurst University, and has completed certificates in workplace inclusion and belonging through Cornell University.
Media-recognized expertise. Dr. Peagram has been featured three times by NPR on bullying and youth/workplace dynamics and is a TEDx speaker.

How We Work

Consultation — a 30-minute call to understand your team, your risk areas, and what outcome you need.

Program design — training or coaching scoped to your people: live workshop, online course, or structured remediation.

Delivery — virtual (Zoom) for teams anywhere in the U.S., or on-site in the Chicagoland area.

Follow-through — you get a documented path forward, not a one-off event.
